Rent Like A Champion, Inc. "Giveaway" Official Rules

1. Sponsorship and Eligibility

This sweepstakes is sponsored by Rent Like A Champion, Inc., a Delaware corporation, 321 North Clark Street #2250 Chicago, IL 60654. There is no purchase necessary to enter or to win this sweepstakes. A purchase made by an eligible participant will not improve the participants’ odds to win this sweepstakes. This sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry; however, the sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of Rent Like A Champion, Inc., its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

2. Qualification Period

The qualification period for the prize drawings of the sweepstakes begins at 12:01 AM (PST) on October 15, 2016 and ends at 11:59 PM (PST) on January 31, 2017.

3. Entry Procedures

To enter the sweepstakes, you must follow all instructions and complete the online new user sign-up form found at https://www.rentlikeachampion.com. No mechanically reproduced entries accepted.

4. Duties of Participants; Limitation of Liability

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of Rent Like A Champion, Inc., which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. Rent Like A Champion, Inc. and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of Rent Like A Champion, Inc., affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisors are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of Rent Like A Champion, Inc. that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the sweepstakes; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the sweepstakes.

5. Violation of Sweepstakes Rules

Rent Like A Champion, Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winners who, in its sole suspicion, tampers with the entry process, intentionally submits more than a single entry, violates these rules or the Site Terms and Conditions, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.

6. Selection of Winners; Chances of Winning

This sweepstakes’ winners will be selected through a random drawing held from all eligible entries received. This sweepstakes is limited to one (1) sweepstakes winner. The odds of winning this sweepstakes are one (1) in one hundred thousand (100,000), or a .001% chance of winning.

7. Description of Prizes

One (1) random drawing will be conducted for the following prize: A one thousand dollar ($1,000) voucher towards a home rental listed on the Rent Like A Champion, Inc. website.

8. Notifications of Winners; Substitution of Prizes

The winner will be notified by electronic mail within fifteen (15) days of the drawing. Rent Like A Champion, Inc. will attempt to re-send said email up to two (2) times. If the winner does not respond to an email notification within three days of its transmission, or should the email be returned as undeliverable after two (2) attempts, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected at random. Winners may not under any circumstance substitute or transfer prizes. Rent Like A Champion, Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on a prize are winner's responsibility. Winners are not subject to any shipping or handling fees or costs to collect their prize. Winners may be subject to a booking, cancelation fee, and/or costs as specified in the Rent Like A Champion, Inc. terms of use and/or the Rent Like A Champion, Inc. Rental Agreement. Limit: one prize per person and one prize per household.

9. Permissions

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission and consent to use the winner's name, hometown and likeness for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. Winner may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving a prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of a prize.

10. Indemnification

All sweepstakes participants agree to release and hold Rent Like A Champion, Inc., its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and legal advisors, harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with the Sweepstakes, including without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Participants understand that they are providing their personal information to Rent Like A Champion, Inc.

11. Choice of Law

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of participants and Rent Like A Champion, Inc. in connection with this Sweepstakes, will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the state of Illinois.
