You're Covered Under Our $1 Million Insurance Policy
Every homeowner is covered up to $1,000,000 for every rental, so you can leave your home with peace of mind. This becomes your primary insurance policy for rental weekends, and it covers liability, structural damage to your home, and damage to any items or property. Our incident rate is extremely low, so we don't expect you to need this policy, but it's there in case you do!

The Renters
Our renters for the Arnold Palmer Invitational are PGA golfers (seriously), their caddies and staff, and tournament administrators - so your home will be occupied by respected professionals traveling for business.

Logistics
Home rentals will last about a week. We will handle all payments, contracts, and customer support during the entire rental process.

How Much to Charge
You set your own pricing, but we can make recommendations based on location, size, and amenities. The average price estimate is about $5,000 for the week.

Getting Paid
Your money is processed 48 hours after your renters check out (this gives you time to check for and report any issues). You will receive payment via direct deposit to your bank account within 5-6 business days.
